Thank you for your interest in New Hope Counseling Recovery Center’s residential program for women! In the application forms you will find helpful information to determine if what we offer is appropriate for you and your stage of recovery. Please review all forms thoroughly and complete each section of the application carefully. Once you submit the entire application, your information will be assessed by the director to determine if we feel that we might be the right program for you. Please be prepared to participate in screenings and evaluations in person at our Gainesville administrative location. Additionally, preliminary background checks, drug screens, and/or medical records may be required to qualify for the program. Once completed, you will be contacted about your acceptance status and the intial arrangments will be made for your transition into our residence.
